Hello, my name is Liliana. I know that a big part to reaching a goal is not just to set a timeline, but also create some type of accountability. I have chosen to blog about my journey. I am starting with monthly goals. So today I start a 30 Day challenge. What is my goal? I want to lose 10 lbs by the end of the 30 days. I will blog about the daily actions I am taking and my progress as well as some of the struggles or challenges I face throughout the journey!
I started my health journey because I was tired of being tired! I was tired of giving myself excuses and what I saw in my future was not looking good. My blood sugar number were sending a clear warning. It was time to take action. I must be a healthier woman for myself, and for my family and enjoy an active and healthy life without diabetes and other health complications excess weight brings. My mission is to break the chain for myself, my love ones and my future generations! 💪
